The Tokyo Women's Club hosted the annual Ambassadors’ Wives' Talk Session. The theme 2020 is “Sports,” continued from the last session of Lady Ambassadors. The speakers were Mme. Rosemary Kavanagh (Ireland), Mme. Amira Bencherif (Algeria), Mme. Kaire Jurgenson (Estonia), and Mme. Suzanne Allicock (Jamaica). They talked about sports children learn at school, sports or exercise they enjoy, their memories about the Olympics, medalists from their countries in the past Olympics, athletes or sports they expect in the Tokyo 2020, and their host towns for the Tokyo 2020.

Their talk was so interesting. It also gave a lot of information on their countries and questions about the difficulties of women athletes were raised. The message of their talk was "the importance of diversity."
The talk session was followed by afternoon tea. H.E. Dr. Palesa Mosetse, Ambassador of Lesotho, proposed a toast. The members and their guests made self-introduction, telling their favorite sports. It is amazing that they are really active. There were 57 attendees in all.
