The Tokyo Women’s Club held the final monthly meeting 2018/2019 at the Capitol Hotel Tokyu. Firstly we had a donation ceremony. The club made donations to three respected organizations. We were honored to have the addresses of these representatives. Also the president of the club sincerely appreciates members, guests, lady Ambassadors, Ambassadors’ wives, and Tokyu Hotels’ consistent and generous cooperation and support, which make these contributions possible.

On the next day, the donation for St. Cecilia Orphanage was handed to H.E. Dr. Palesa Mosetse, Ambassador of Lesotho, by President Iizuka.
The donation ceremony was followed by Tchaikovsky three great ballets, whose attraction was told by Ms. Rina Kambe, a great ballet dancer, and Ms. Maiko Ishii, a wonderful ballet pianist. Their performance was so splendid. It made the meeting much more fantastic.
It was H.E. Ms. Elin Flygenring, Ambassador of Iceland, who
proposed a toast.
H.E. Mrs. Martha Lidia Zelayandia (Ambassador of El Salvador), H.E. Mrs. Dace TREIJA-MASĪ (Ambassador of Latvia), H.E. Ms. Prativa Rana (Ambassador of Nepal), H.E. Mrs. Ndiyoi Mutiti (Ambassador of Zambia), Mme. Maria de Fatima Xavier (Angola), Mme. Manya Kostova (Bulgaria), Mme. Maria-Amparo Barberis (Ecuador), Mme. Rasha El-Nashar (Egypt), Mme. Kaire Jürgenson (Estonia), Mme. Matelda Starace (Italy), Mme. Veronica de Forsyth (Peru), Mme. Marina Galuzin (Russia), and Mme. Mami Watanabe (Spouse of former Japanese Ambassador to Algeria) joined us as well. There were 104 attendees in all.
